Regardless of what the technology is behind your home business, you're going to have to decide sooner or later if you have a marketplace that should be online, or one that's going to be better locally served. There are home businesses that work good online, and there are others that do not bank as much on internet services since what they're doing is something that supplies the local crowd. Thus, you have to figure out where you belong, and then you have to decide how to market yourself from there.
Wherever Do You Belong?
The first matter that you have to decide is where your buyers are going to be. Are you opening a day care or a hair salon that's going to bank on people in your home town to be your customers? If this is the case, then internet marketing isn't going to be what works best for you, you'll alternatively do much better if you are able to be localized. Thus, this is going to be your first decision.
